Eugenio joined Vinavil in 1997, fresh out of high school
with a diploma in chemical technology, starting his career as a plant operator
in the Acrylates and EVA department. This hands-on experience provided him with
a solid understanding of production processes and equipment, while also giving
him valuable insight into the needs of end users - an essential perspective for
his future in design and engineering.In 2003, he became part of the Vinavil engineering team as a
Process Engineer, initially focusing on Italian production sites. Thanks
to his technical skills and collaborative spirit, he was soon involved in
international projects across Canada, the United States, and Egypt,
significantly broadening his expertise in both technical and managerial areas.
In 2018, he embraced a new professional challenge within the
Mapei Group, transferring to the Mediglia site as part of the Central
Engineering and Maintenance organization. As a Project Manager, he
led key industrial investment projects with a strong chemical component,
gaining valuable cross-functional experience.
In 2024, Eugenio returned to Villadossola, taking on
the role of Head of Engineering at Vinavil. This meaningful homecoming marks a
new chapter in his professional journey, where he brings with him a wealth of
knowledge, experience, and passion - ready to contribute to the future growth of
the company.
